摘　　要：目的 :探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征 (OSAS)的手术疗效。方法 :采用悬雍垂腭咽成形术 (UPPP)治疗 19例OSAS患者。结果 :术后随访 6～ 12个月 ,显效 13例 (68 4% ) ,进步 4例 (2 1 1% ) ,总有效率为 89 5 % ,无效 2例(10 5 % )。结论Objective In order to investigate the treatment of Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS).Method The uvulopalatopharyngoplasty (UPPP) operations Were performed on 19 cases.Result The clinical results showed that 89.5% of the operated patients improved and 10 5% unimproved.Conclusion UPPP is one of the effective methods to treat OSAS.
