摘 要:以 4种家蚕病原微生物 (CPV、NPV、Nb、SCM6 )两两交叉感染家蚕 ,每种交叉感染设不同病原浓度下的同时攻毒和先后攻毒处理 ,每天记录发病死亡数。统计分析表明 :交叉感染情况下 ,除SCM6 表现为感染力上升外 ,其余均明显下降 ;死亡率与攻毒方式的关系不显著 ;The mechanisms of infection of silkworm by a single pathogenic microbe are well documented. However, little is known about the relationship between pathogenic microbes. In the study reported in this paper, 3 rd instar larvae of silkworm were exposed to one or two of the 4 pathogenic microbes (CPV, NPV, N.b and SCM 6) concurrently or successively at different concentrations. Their death rate was recorded every day. Statistical analysis showed that compared with single infection, cross-infection had significantly lower dearth rate in all treatments with the exception of SCM 6, which had a higher death rate than single infection. Death rate was not closely associated with infection methods. Death rate rose with the concentration of the pathogenic microbe used.
