摘　　要：[目的 ]筛选芪月降脂片的药剂辅料 .[方法 ]以片剂外观、硬度、崩解度及脆碎度等为指标对试验处方进行分析 .[结果 ]稀释剂选用糖粉 ,吸收剂选用辅料X ,粘合剂选用微晶纤维素 ,崩解剂选用低取代羟丙基纤维素的片剂 ,成型性好 。OBJECTIVE?To select the formulational excip ients of the Qiyuejiangzhi tablets.?METHODS?The formulational excipients were analyzed by the index such as appearance, rigidity, disintegrati on, and friability of the tablets.?RESULTS?The capability of m olding the tablets was better at using the sucrose as diluent, excipients X as a bsorbents, MCC as adhesives and L-HPC as disintegrants.?CONCLUSION?The excipients above are suitable for formulation of the Qiyuejiangzhi tablets.
