摘　　要：[目的 ]优化芪月降脂片的制剂处方 .[方法 ]采用正交设计和多指标综合评分法对已筛选出的药剂辅料进行处方优化 .[结果 ]最佳制剂处方为糖粉 50 g ,辅料X 50g ,微晶纤维素 75g .[结论 ]该处方合理 。OBJECTIVE?To optimize the formulation of th e Qiyuejiangzhi tablets.?METHODS?The optimization of formu lati on for the excipients selected was performed by using orthogonal design and mult i-index compositive score method.?RESULTS?The optimized formu lation of the preparation is 50?g of sugar powder, X 50?g of exipient and 75 ?g of crystalline cellulose.?CONCLUSION?The formulation is r easonable and the molding of the tablets is good.
