摘  要:本文研究的低温综合团矿工艺适于我国中小高炉,原料采用铁矿粉、石灰石粉、焦粉和煤粉,集熔剂、还原剂为一体,故称综合团矿。结果表明:综合团矿生产工艺简单、机械强度高、冶金性能好、加工成本低,是一种简便、经济、实效的精料方法。The low-temperature hardening process of composite briquttes presented in this paper is a suitable method of preparation of burden material for middle and small volumeblast furnaces in our country. The raw materials used are: fines of iron ore and limestone, fine coke and fine coal. These composite briquttes contain both fluxing and reducting agents. Test results have ndicated that the composite briquttes produced have following characteristics: high mechaniial strength, good metallurgical properties and low operating cost with simple technological escord s, So that, the process is an economically effective agglomeration method.
