家庭护士汽车消毒喷剂性能的试验观察

摘　　要：目的　为研究家庭护士汽车消毒喷剂性能 ,正确使用家庭护士汽车消毒喷剂。　方法　将家庭护士汽车消毒喷剂进行载体喷雾定量杀菌试验、稳定性试验、现场消毒试验及毒性试验。　结果　家庭护士汽车消毒喷剂 1∶ 8(ml/ ml)(含 Triclosan约为 12 2 mg/ L )的稀释液作用 10 min对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌杀灭率分别为 99.91%、99.93% ;家庭护士汽车消毒喷剂 1∶ 3(ml/ m l) (含 Triclosan约为 2 75 mg/ L )的稀释液作用 10 min对白色念珠菌杀灭率为 99.90 %。家庭护士汽车消毒喷剂 1∶ 8的稀释液在 5 0 %、2 5 % (ml/ ml)的小牛血清条件下对金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭效果有轻度影响 ;家庭护士汽车消毒喷剂置于 5 4℃温箱 14 d后 ,其消毒效果无明显下降。毒性试验证明实际无毒。　结论　家庭护士汽车消毒喷剂无毒、稳定性好 。Objective To study the nature of home nurse automobile disinfection spray and use it accurately. Methods Bacterial carrier mist spray quantitation germicidal trial, stability trial , field disinfection trial and toxicity trial were carried out. Result The trial indicated that the killing rate of Staphylococcus aureus and E.coli exposed to 1∶8 dilute spray for 10 min was 99.91% and 99.93% respectively. The killing rate of C.albicans exposed to 1∶3 dilute home nurse spurting spray disinfected Automobile for 10 min attained 99.90%.There was light influence to germicidal efficacy of Staphylococcus aureus exposed to 1∶8 dilute spray when the calf serum content attained 25% and 50%. The germicidal efficacy of the stock liquid stored in airtight container at 54 ℃ for 14 days did not decrease significantly. Toxicity trial indicated this disinfection belongs to virtually nontoxic substance. Conclusion Home nurse automobile disinfection spray is nontoxic, which has nice stability and strong germicidal efficacy.
