摘　　要：目的　探讨 ECA透皮剂防护血吸虫感染的效果。　方法　以 10 % DMSO作溶剂配置不同浓度的 ECA透皮剂 ,涂于小鼠腹部 ,待干、泥浆摩擦后感染血吸虫尾蚴 ,观察防护作用。　结果　 3% ECA透皮剂涂肤 ,10 0 %抵抗血吸虫感染 ;1%、0 .5 % ECA透皮剂防护率分别达 96 .91%、93.6 2 %。药物对皮肤无明显刺激。Objective The effect of prevention Schistosomn japonicum cercariae infection by smearing penetrating agent of ECA was observed. Methods The penetrating of ECA was compounded into different solution with 10% DMSO regarded as promoter and then were painted on the skin of mice for preventing infection of schistosoma japonicum cercariae. Result The preventing rates of mice smeared 3%,1% and 0.5% penetrating agent of ECA were 100%?96 91% and 93.62%. The drug has no action to skin of mice. Conclusion The penetrating agent of ECA smeared on skin of mice can prevent infection of schistosoma japonicum cercariae.
