摘　　要：本文针对目前军队伤病员管理中出现的新情况、新问题 ,提出了军队伤病员科室管理的新模式 :一是提高认识 ;二是规范管理制度 ;三是加强管理教育力度 ;四是发挥伤病员的自我管理作用 ;五是落实奖惩措施 ;六是把好出院关。从而使伤病员从入院、住院到康复出院的每一个阶段、每一个环节都处在有效的管理之下 ,使整个过程形成一个严密封闭的网络 ,不留任何缺口和死角 。The author put forward a new model of strengthening the administration of army patients in clinical sections, aiming at the new conditions and problems at present. That is improving understanding of patient administration, standardizing managing system, strengthening education, exerting patients' self-administration ability, improving administration condition, implementing encouragement and punishment measures, and checking on the leaving hospital system. The model put the army patients under strict and effective administration in every moment through out the whole phase from admission to discharge, left no gaps and dead angles in administration, and prevented the administration form losing control.
