摘　　要：目的 :探索医院降低器材库存量 ,减少资金积压。方法 :通过对医院消耗性器材订货、入库、贮存、出库诸因素运行流程分析 ,提出了有关允许缺货存贮管理、不允许缺货存贮管理、仓库清理的“零库存”管理数学模型方案 ,并付诸于医院器材库存管理实践。结果 :使消耗性器材在满足临床诊疗需求的同时 ,库存量从 135 4种类、2 4 4 3规格下降到 84种类、36 0规格 ,库存价值从 82 0万元下降到 2 4 6万元。结论 :应用消耗性器材管理模型 。Objective: To reduce consumptive material's stocking and available fund wasting. Method: Analyzed the running flow of consumptive materials in hospital in processing of ordering, putting in storage, stockpiling, delivering from storeroom with mathematical model of “Null Stock” established. Result: Not only have met the needs of the clinic in consumptive materials, but also have reduced consumptive materials' overstocking and available fund wasting. Conclusion: Establishment and implementing of the managing project “Null Storeroom” will make the consumptive materials managing more canonical, more reasonable and more effective.
