摘  要:目的 监测分析 10种抗真菌药物的耐药现状 ,以加强抗真菌药物的合理应用。方法 对我院 2 0 0 1年 4月~2 0 0 2年 12月分离鉴定出的 3 5 9株真菌 ,用目前常用的 10种抗真菌药物进行药物敏感试验和分析。结果 在 10种抗真菌药物中 ,耐药率最高的是灰黄霉素 (耐药率 87 3 %~ 10 0 %) ,其次为氟康唑 ( 4 2 8%~ 5 4 9%)和伊曲康唑 ( 2 8 5 %~ 5 0 9%)。结论 当前临床常用抗真菌药物的耐药菌株明显增多 ,特别是氟康唑、伊曲康唑耐药率增高 ,敏感率降低 ,应引起广大临床医生的高度重视。Objective To analyze drug resistance of 10 anti fungal agents in order to make rational administration of anti fungal agents.Methods Drug sensitivity tests were performed with 10 commonly used anti fungal agents on 359 strains of fungus,which were isolated and identified in the hospital from April,2001 to December,2002.Results Among the 10 anti fungal agents in this study,Griseofulvin had the highest resistance rate,ranging from 87 3% to 100%;the followers were Fluconazole with 42 8% to 54 9% of resistance rate,and Itraconazole having resistance rate of 28 5% to 50 9%.Conclusions Currently the number of fungal strains with resistance against anti fungal agents is increasing in clinical practice,especially those against Fluconazole and Itraconazole,resulting in lower sensitivity to anti fungal agents.This phenomenon should arouse great attention of physicians.
