摘　　要：强大小蠹是入侵我国并造成很大危害的鞘翅目棘胫小蠹科大小蠹属树皮低干森林害虫。它能侵害多种针叶树和松树 ,能被寄主挥发物和其它小蠹虫的外激素所引诱。该文综述了强大小蠹的侵袭习性以及寄主挥发物、其它小蠹虫的外激素对强大小蠹的引诱和驱避作用。An introduced alien bark beetle, the red turpentine beetle Dendroctonus valens LeConte has caused serious harm on North China pine forest.However,this beetle is not an important forest pest in the West America.The red turpentine beetle attacks a diverse range of conifers and pines,and is attracted by host volatiles and the pheromones of other bark beetles.The feeding habits and the attractiveness or repellence of some semiochemicals to this pest are described.
