摘 要:生物活性与理化性质是筛选中药有效成分的两个必要条件 ,缺一不可。从研究与制剂和临床相关的理化性质入手 ,筛选出适合制剂和临床应用的化学成分 ,再从中筛选具有生物活性的成分 ,效率大为提高。现代先进的测试研究手段 ,给这一筛选途径提供了有利条件 ,因而这一研究途径在国际上正被广泛采用并日臻完善。中药化学成分理化性质关系到药物制备工艺和体内的吸收、分布、代谢和排泄 (ADME) ,可对中药的整个开发研究过程以及药物的疗效和安全性作预测 ,对其可发展性进行评估 。Biological activity and physicochemical pr op erties are two key factors to screen active compounds of traditional Chinese her bs during early discovery phases. As a great number of the compounds are got in the world, a new strategy is developed to research the physicochemical properties of the compositions of herbs, so that the election of active compounds from the compositions has become more effective and more economical than before. The new strategy and associated technology have emerged and it was used extensively. The physicochemical proper ties of the compounds of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) relate to pharmaceuti cal and ADME (Absorption, distribution, metabolism and elimination), and devel op ment, clinical effect and safety are evaluated with the properties. Therefore, t he physicochemical properties are important in the development of TCM.
