摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎是由多种病因导致的大肠黏膜的慢性炎症及溃疡性病变 ,其肠外表现与狐蜮病相似。外感六淫、内伤七情、禀赋薄弱或饮食所伤皆可致病。治疗上 ,除了针对脏腑的病理变化燮理阴阳、除湿解毒外 ,还应分清寒热虚实 ,随证治之 ;同时 。Ulcerative colitis is a chronic inflammation as well as an ulcerative pathological change in the mucous membrane of large intestine caused by several pathogenies,which belong to the category of diarrhea and dysentery Its expression outside colon is similar to huhuo syndrome It can be caused by emotional disorder,internal damage and fatigue and dietary factors In treatment,besides regulation of kidney yin and kidney yang and clearing away damp toxin aiming to the pathological changes of the viscera organs,measures must be taken to find out if it is cold or hot,deficiency and excess,in order to take a suitable treatment according to the symptoms At the same time, taking medicine and external treatment should be combined organically
