摘　　要：目的　探讨急性心肌梗死患者血浆内皮素 (endothelin ,ET)、神经肽Y(neuropeptideY ,NPY)水平的变化及临床意义。方法　采用放射免疫分析法测定 33例急性心肌梗死患者血浆内皮素 (ET)、神经肽Y(NPY)水平 ,并以 35名正常健康人作对照。结果　急性心肌梗死患者血浆ET、NPY水平均高于正常人组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论　血浆ET、NPY参与了急性心肌梗死的发病过程 。Objective To study the changes of plasma endothelin (ET) and neuropeptide Y (NPY) levels in patients with acute myocardial infarction and its clinical significance.Methods Plasma ET and NPY levels were detemined in 33 patients with acute myocardial infarction and 35 normal controls by RIA.Results Plasma ET and NPY levels in AMI were significant higher than those in normal controls( P <0.001).Conclusion Plasma ET and NPY might play an important role in AMI patients' recovery process and be closely related to the mechanism of AMI.
