摘　　要：目的　观察针刺为主治疗中风后语言障碍的疗效。方法　将 10 2例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组采用以颌下三针为主针刺治疗 ,对照组采用药物静脉滴注。结果与结论　治疗组总有效率 91.17% ,对照组为 76 .4 7% ,经等级序值检验统计处理 ,两组有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) 。Purpose To observe the curative effect of acupuncture on postapoplectic dysphasia. Methods One hundred and two patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group received submandibular three needle acupuncture as main therapy and the control group received intravenous drip of medicament. Results and conclusion The total effective rate was 91.17% in the treatment group and 76.47% in the control group. Statistical analysis showed a significant difference between the two groups( P <0.05). The effect was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group.
