摘　　要：目的　观察针刺华佗夹脊穴治疗脑血管意外后偏瘫的疗效。方法　将 10 0例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,每组 5 0例。治疗组采用针刺颈、背、腰部华佗夹脊穴配合头针治疗 ,对照组采用体针配合头针治疗。结果与结论　治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。Purpose To observe the curative effect of needling jiaji points on hemiplegia due to cerebrovascular accidents. Methods One hundred patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 50 cases each. The treatment group received nape back lumbar jiaji point acupuncture with the cooperation of scalpacupuncture and the control group, body acupuncture with the cooperation of scalp acupuncture. Results and conclusion The curative effect was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group( P <0.05).
