妊娠高血压综合征胎盘细胞凋亡的研究

摘　　要：目的 :通过观察妊娠高血压综合征 (PIH)患者胎盘细胞凋亡的情况 ,了解细胞凋亡在PIH发病中的作用。 方法 :采用DNA缺口原位标记Tunel’s技术 ,测定 2 4例PIH患者胎盘不同部位细胞凋亡指数 ,以 2 4例正常妊娠妇女胎盘作为对照 ,并用电镜的超微结构改变来证实。 结果 :PIH组胎盘滋养细胞、合体滋养细胞、蜕膜细胞凋亡指数分别为 (5 .36± 2 .5 0 ) %、(6 .4 8± 3.70 ) %、(5 .6 3± 2 .80 ) % ,对照组分别为 (3.91± 1.6 5 ) %、(5 .39±1.76 ) %、(4.0 8± 1.97) % ,与PIH组相比差异均有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;电镜显示PIH患者胎盘滋养细胞与合体滋养细胞均有不同程度的异常形态变化。 结论 :细胞凋亡是PIH不良妊娠结局的重要因素之一 。Objective: To Observe the placental apoptosis through Tunel's technique and electronic microscope to understand the effect of apoptosis on pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH). Methods: TDT mediated dUTP nick and labeling (Tunel) technique was used for 24 human placental samples with PIH and 24 normal placental samples to exams apoptosis index in cytotrophoblast?syncytiotrophoblast and decidual cells to observe these samples under the JEM 100CXII electronic microscope. Results: The apoptosis index in placental cytotrophoblast?syncytophoblast?decidual cell was higher in PIH group than in control group. The significant morphologies of apoptosis were found under the electronic microscope. Conclusion: Apoptosis is a direct reason on effect of placental functions and also an important factor on critical pregnancy result in PIH.
