摘  要:目的 :观察蒙药那如 - 3及其与旋磁场联用对大鼠心组织中超氧化歧化酶 (SOD)活力、丙二醛 (MDA)和一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。方法 :用邻苯三酚法测SOD ,TBA法测MDA ,改良的Griess法测NO。结果 :与对照组相比 ,蒙药单用及蒙药与旋场联用SOD活力显著提高 ,联用组明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;MDA含量显著减少 ,其联用组明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;联用组可显著提高NO含量 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :蒙药那如 - 3及其与旋磁场联用均可影响大鼠心组织自由基代谢。Objective:To observe the effect of Mongolian medicine Naru-3 and both using Naru-3 and rotated magnetic field on the content of superoxide dismutase(SOD), malon-dialdehyde (MDA), nitric monoxide (NO) in the heart of rats.Methods: SOD activity was determined with trihydroxy benzene. MDA content with TBA,NO content with Griess method. Result: SOD activity of heart in mongolian medicine Naru-3 group and in Naru-3 and rotated magnetic filed group is both higher than control group, but the later is markedly higher than control group(P<0.01). MDA content in two groups is lower than control group, but the later is markedly lower than control group(P<0.01). NO of heart in Naru-3 and rotated magnetic field group is markedly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Mongolian medicine Naru-3 and both using Naru-3 and rotated magnetic field could affect free radical metabolism in the heart of rats.
