摘　　要：目的探讨知识培训对病人核素肾动态显像结果的影响.方法将1999年1月～2000年1月100例病人资料设为A组,2000年2月～2001年2月100例病人资料设为B组,分析A组病人核素肾动态显像结果,找出影响核素肾动态显像结果的影响因素,根据原因对操作人员进行相关知识的培训.结果A组比B组'弹丸'注射不合格率高(P＜0.05);A组人员(未进行知识培训)对核素肾动态结果影响占25%,B组人员(进行知识培训)占8%,两组比较,x2=10.4881,P＜0.05,差异有显著性.结论加强核素肾动态显像操作知识培训,掌握扎实的理论知识、熟练的操作技术,以及向病人进行相关知识宣教,有利于为病人提供准确的检查结果.Objective To evaluate the effect of injection technique training in doing dynamic renal scanning. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 100 renal scanning cases performed in our department from January 1999 to January 2000, analyzing the effects of injection technique in renal scanning. From February 2000, we started an injection technique-training program. So, we also reviewed 100 cases of renal scanning from February 2000 to February 2001 to compare to the value of this training program. Results Before training, there were 25% cases failure affected by injection technique. However, after the training, only 8% cases failure (x2 = 10. 48,P < 0. 05). Conclusions Serial bolus injection technique training would significantly benefit the output of dynamic renal scanning.
