摘　　要：目的　建立板蓝根含片中靛玉红的含量测定方法。方法　采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,固定相为Spherisorb C18柱 ,以 0 .1 mol· L-1醋酸铵 -甲醇 ( 35∶ 65 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 80 nm。结果　靛玉红平均回收率为 1 0 0 .9% ,RSD为 1 .2 %。结论　本法操作简便 ,结果准确 。Objective To establish an accurate method for determination of indigo and indirubin in Banlangen Hanpian. Method A spherisorb C 18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm) was used as the analytical column and 0.1 mol·L -1 ammonium acetate-methanol(35∶65) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results The mean recoveries for indirubin was(100.9±1.2)%. Conclusion The method was simple, accurate and suitable for assay of indirubin in the preparation.
