摘　　要：目的　观察 3,6- [二甲氨基 ]-二苯骈碘杂六环枸橼酸盐 ( I- 65 )对急性心肌缺血的影响。方法　采用结扎左冠状动脉制备大鼠在体心肌缺血模型 ,于缺血 2 4 h后分别测定心肌梗死范围、血清肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶活性和游离脂肪酸含量。结果　 I- 65能缩小大鼠心肌梗死范围 ,降低心肌缺血大鼠血清肌酸激酶和乳酸脱氢酶活性 ,减少血清游离脂肪酸含量。结论　I-Objective To observe the influence of 3,6-dimethamidodibenzopyrio-donium citrate(iodiumheterocycle,I-65)on acute myocardial ischemia in rats. Methods Rats were subjected to left coronary artery ligation to induce myocardial infarction. The size of myocardial infarct, the activities of creatine kinase and lactate dehydro-genase as well as the content of free fatty acid in serum after ischemia 24 h were determined. Results Intravenous injection of I-65 0.5 and 1.0 mg/kg 5 min before ligation and 30 min after ligation, significantly reduced the size of myocardial infarct after ischemia for 24 h and decreased the activities of creatine kinase as well as lactate dehydrogenase in serum. I-65 also reduced the content of serum free fatty acid. Conclusion I-65 had protective effects on ischemic myocardium in rats.
