摘　　要：目的　通过对 40例眼眶内侧壁骨折的 CT表现分析 ,以达到提高对该病的诊断水平。方法　回顾性分析 40例眼眶内侧壁骨折的 CT资料。轴位扫描 40例 ,冠状位扫描 35例 ,兴趣区高分辨率扫描 5例。根据眼眶内侧壁骨折的特点 ,将其分为直接骨折和爆裂骨折。结果　直接骨折 5例 ,爆裂骨折 35例。眼眶内侧壁骨折的 CT直接征象 :眶壁骨质连续性中断、移位 2例 ,额、颌缝分离 1例 ,骨质粉碎 2例 ,眶壁曲度失常 5例 ,眶壁局部凹陷 30例(31只眼 )。结论　 CT能够准确显示眼眶内侧壁骨折的直接和间接征象 ,对眼眶内侧壁骨折具有确诊价值。Objective To analyse CT appearances of orbital medical wall fracture(OMWF) and improve imaging diagnostic accurancy.Method CT documents about fourty cases with orbital medical wall fracture were analysed retrospectly,that is ,axial scan (40 cases),coronal scan (35 cases) and ROL high resolution scan (5 cases),According to the chracteristic appearances of OMWF,we devided the two types:direct and burst fracture.Results In our groups,5 cases were direct fracture and other cases (35) were burst fracture.The CT findings of OMWF were followed:orbital bone discontinuity and displacement (2 cases),frontomaxillary suture dissociation (1 case),comminuted bone (2 cases),orbital flexion abnormality (5 cases),focal orbital excavation (30 cases).Conclusion The direct and indirect OMWF can be displayed accurately on CT,and conformed diagnosis.
