摘　　要：本文对《中图法》第四版有关组配分类技术的使用意义和方法进行了论述 ,并根据实际应用对组配分类技术进行分析 ,特别对加“0”和冒号组配技术作了详细的论述 ,指出其优点和缺点。期望今后再修订《中图法》时加以注意。In this paper,the importance and application methods on Classification and Collection Techniques of the Forth Version of 'Library Law of the People's Republic of China',has been deeply discussed and analyzed.Furthermore,the advantages and disadvantages of using'0' and colon ahave been discussed in detail which may be used ad rdferences while the 'Lbibrary Law iof the People's Republic of China' being modified in future.
