摘  要:目的 探讨江门一起菌痢爆发的特异传染源。方法 对 8株福氏 2 a志贺菌进行质粒图谱及质粒限制性酶切图谱分析。结果 此次菌痢爆发期间分离的 8株福氏 2 a志贺菌具有两种不同的质粒图谱特征 (PP 、 PP 型 ) ,其中 2株病例密切接触者分离株 J9810 1(PP 型 )和 J982 6 (PP 型 )分属不同克隆。除上述两种质粒图谱特征外 ,同属 PP 型质粒图谱特征的 J9871具有独特的质粒限制性酶切图谱特征 Re T 型。结论 本次爆发偶合有部分散发病例。相对于传统表型分型方法 (生化反应、血清型 )而言 ,质粒 DNA分析具有更高的分辨率 ,它提供的遗传学信息更为丰富、直接、精细。Objective To explore the special source of infection from a shigellosis outbreak in Jiangmen. Methods Plasmid profile and plasmid DNA restriction endonuclease analyses were carried out on 8 strains of S.flexneri 2a. Results There were two different plasmid profile patterns in 8 of S.flexneri 2a (PPⅠ?PPⅡ type), among them, two contact strains, J98101 and J9826, belong to different clones, PPⅠand PPⅡ type, while J9871 exhibited a unique restriction endonuclease profiles (ReTⅡ type), suggesting that some patients, who were included in the outbreak event by coincidence, were not true outbreak cases. Conclusions There were some sporadic cases which were included in the outbreak by chronological and special coincidence. Plasmid DNA analysis had high distinguish ability and could provide more direct, rich and precise genetic information than traditional phenotype analysis.
