抗寒霜穴位贴敷法对提高人体耐寒能力的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 评价抗寒霜对提高人体耐寒能力的作用,为寒区部队预防或推迟冻伤发生提供有效的药物及给药途径。方法 实验分两组。对照组:着制式冬服进入野外现场;实验组:除着制式冬服外,分别于神阙穴、双足涌泉穴贴敷抗寒霜后再进入与对照组同一野外现场。两组均在气温(-25±1)℃,西北风4～5级的寒冷环境中冷暴露120 min。监测实验前后的腋温、末梢皮肤温度与主观感觉的变化。结果 实验组实验前后腋温基本恒定。对照组末梢皮肤温度与主观感觉的变化与实验组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 抗寒霜穴位贴敷法能有效改善血液循环,提高寒冷中肢端的皮肤温度,减轻冷痛感,并能保持腋温基本恒定。Objective To evaluate the effect of anti-cold cream on improving body's cold resistance ability so as to provide the army in cold areas with effective medicine and administration to prevent or delay frost injury. Methods The experiment was divided into two groups. The control group went to the cold wild field wearing the winter uniforms only, while the experimental group wore the winter uniforms and used anti-cold cream at the foot points of Shench'üeh and Yungch'uan. Both groups were exposed to-25℃±1℃ temperature in 4～5 degrees northwest cold wind for 120 min. Axillary tempersture, peripheral skin temperature and changes of subjective cold sensation were recorded. Result The axillary temperature of the experimental group remained basically constant throughout the experiment. There were significant differences in peripheral skin temperature and subjective cold sensation between the two groups in favor of the experiment group (P<0.01). Conclusion Point application of anti-cold cream can effectively improve blood circulation, maintain skin temperature of the limbs and axillary temperature under cold conditions, thus reducing cryalgesia and preventing frost injury.
