中药狼疮静颗粒对狼疮性BXSB小鼠脾脏CD_4^+T、CD_(19)^+B细胞凋亡的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究中药狼疮静颗粒对BXSB狼疮性小鼠脾脏CD4 + T、CD19+ B细胞凋亡的影响 ,并探讨其作用机理。方法 :运用流式细胞术、免疫双荧光染色法检测脾脏CD4 + T、CD19+ B细胞凋亡。结果 :雄性BXSB小鼠脾脏CD4 + T、CD19+ B细胞凋亡加速 ,中药狼疮静颗粒可明显抑制BXSB小鼠脾脏CD4 + T、CD19+B细胞凋亡率。结论 :中药狼疮静颗粒通过抑制T、B淋巴细胞过度凋亡 ,可能阻抑了过量核酸抗原释放 ,从而抑制了B细胞的异常增生活化 ,使自身抗体产生减少而达到治疗系统性红斑狼疮目的。Objective: To study the effect on apoptotic of CD 4 +T?CD 19 +B in spleen of BXSB mice with systemic lupus erythematosus treated with Langchuangjing Granule and to probe into the mechanism of treatment. Methods: The apoptosis was examined by the flow cytometric analysis and immunofluorescence double-staining method. Results: Apoptosis of male BXSB mice speeds up. Langchuangjing Granule can restrain the excessive apoptosis of CD 4 +T and CD 19 +B cells in spleen. Conclusion: Langchuangjing Granule treated systemic lupus erythematosus by restraining the excessive apoptotic of T, B lymphocytes, probably restraining the release of excessive amount of apoptotic DNA fragments, so decreasing abnormal proliferation of B cells and the produce of autoantibodies.
