运动试验QRS积分对冠心病诊断的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨冠心病患者运动试验中QRS积分变化的意义。方法:对30例冠心病及20例正常人平板运动试验的心电图QRS积分变化进行对比观察。结果:冠心病组QRS积分≤0,对照组QRS积分>0,两组有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:QRS积分≤0可作为运动诱发QRS振幅改变的,诊断冠心病的新指标。Objective: To investigate the significance of QRS score change during treadmill testing in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: QRS score was measured during treadmill exercise testing in 30 patients with CHD and 20 healthy persons. Results: QRS score was ≤0 in patients with coronary heart disease, and QRS score was >0 in the controls, the difference of QRS score between CHD group and control group was very significant (P< 0. 01). Conclusion: based on the exercise-induced QRS amplitude changes the QRS score may regardas a new useful index for diagnosing CHD.
