摘  要:目的 :了解糖尿病鼠肾组织NF -κB的表达和肾功能损害的关系 ,并观察洛丁新对NF -κB的影响。方法 :采用微波免疫组化染色法检测各组肾组织NF -κB表达水平 ,并分析其与尿蛋白及肾功能的关系。结果 :糖尿病鼠肾组织NF -κB表达较正常肾组织明显增高 ,与尿蛋白及血肌酐增高呈正相关关系。用洛丁新治疗后 ,肾组织NF -κB表达明显下降 ,并改善肾功能。结论 :NF -κB可能在糖尿病肾病发生中有重要作用。肾组织中NF -κB的表达可作为反应进行性肾损害的指标。Objective:To investigate the expression of NF-κB in renal tissue of diabetic rat, its relationship with renal impairment, and to investigate the effect of Lotensin on NF-κB in diabetic rat.Methods:A microwave-based immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the expression of NF-κB in renal tissue.Correlation between NF-κB expression and urine protein, renal function in diabetic rat was also examined. Results:The expression of NF-κB in diabetic rat was higher than that of normal control, number of positive cells expressing NF-κB in renal tissue of diabetic rat showed a strong correlation with renal function and urine protein. Lotensin significantly inhibited the expression of NF-κB and improved renal function partly.Conclusion:NF-κB may play an important role in the pathogenesis of diabetic rat and the number of positive expressing NF-κB cells may be considered as a predictor of progressive renal injury in diabetic rat.
