摘  要:目的 了解铜绿假单胞菌超广谱 β 内酰胺酶 (ESBLs)的产生情况及基因型别 ,并寻求一种适合临床使用的检测铜绿假单胞菌产超广谱 β 内酰胺酶的方法。  方法 使用PCR法和NCCLS推荐的表型确证试验检测 2 0株多重耐药的铜绿假单胞菌的ESBLs。 结果 PCR法共检测出 15株TEM型ESBLs,其中 1株同时携带有SHV基因组。用NCCLS推荐的表型确证试验未检出ESBLs。 结论 我院临床分离株铜绿假单胞菌产ESBLs多为TEM型 。Objective To detect the genotype of extended-spectrum β-lactamase (ESBLs) in Pseudomonas aeruginosa and to find a method to determine ESBLs in Pseudomonas aeruginosa that suitable for clinical application. Methods ESBLs of 20 strains of multi-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosas were detected by PCR and phenotypic confirmetory test recommended from NCCLs. Results Fifteen strains of TEM genotype of ESBLs were detected by PCR and 1 strain also involved SHV genome . No ESBLs were detected by phenotypic confirmetory test in 20 strains. Conclusion The incidence of ESBLs producted by Pseudomonas aeruginosa in our hospital is very high. Most of them are TEM genotype. The phenotypic confirmetory test recommended from NCCLs is not suitable for detecting ESBLs producted by Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
