摘　　要：目的 :研究鱼腥草注射液和双黄连注射液对内毒素诱导心肌损伤的保护作用。方法 :在Langendorff装置上大鼠离体心脏进行灌流 ,测定心脏血流动力学指标及测定心肌组织中一氧化氮 (NO)含量及琥珀酸脱氢酶 (SDH)、肌酸激酶 (CK )活性。结果 :与内毒素组相比 ,鱼腥草组和双黄连组在相应时点 (LVSP LVEDP)×HR、LVDP、+dp/dtmax及 dp/dtmax的恢复百分率明显改善 ,对内毒素诱导的心肌SDH活性的降低、CK水平及NO含量的升高有明显抑制作用。结论 :鱼腥草注射液和双黄连注射液均有明显的抗内毒素心肌损伤作用 ,通过降低心肌中NO的量 ,稳定心肌酶活性和能量代谢水平等途径 ,提高心肌对内毒素性损伤的抵抗力。Objective: To observe effects of HHI and SHI in myocardial injury induced by endotoxin. Methods: 18 male SD rats, weighting 250±30g, were randomly divided into four groups (6 per group): normal control group (NC), endotoxin group (ET), Herba Houttuyniae Injection group (HHI) and shuanghuanglian injection group (SHL). Heart were isolated from rats and perfused on Langendorff apparatus with Krebs Henseleit (KH) buffer (Saturation 95%+5%CO 2) at a constant pressure (8.33kPa) and temperature (37℃). The function of ventricular were measured at certain time (0min, 20min, 50min, 80min) at the end of experiment, succinate dehydrogenase (SDH), creatine kinase (CK) and the concentration of nitric oxide (NO) were measured in myocardial tissue. Results: Compared with ET group, the percentage recovery of the product of left ventricular pressure difference and heart rate [(LVEP LVEDP)×HR], LVDP, +dp/dtmax; dp/dtmax were all increased apparently in HHI and SHL group. The activity of SDH, CK and the concentration of NO were close to normal control group. Conclusion: HHI and SHI have definitely capabilities on anti myocardial injury induced by endotoxin. It may be related to decrease the content level of NO, the stability of enzyme activities and the improvement of energy metabolism in myocardium, Increased the resistance on anti myocardial injury induced by endotoxin.
