N-lignin Used as a Controlled-Release Material of Urea in Improving Nitr ogen-Utilized Efficiency for Rice and Maize Crops

摘  要:采用水稻、玉米盆栽试验及室内土壤培养试验方法,进行了利用含氮木质素作为尿素控释材料提高水稻、玉米氮肥利用率的研究。结果表明,在等氮量条件下,与纯尿素处理比较,添加少量含氮木质素,不仅增产效果明显,而且能较大幅度地提高氮肥利用率,减少氮素对生态环境污染。含氮木质素对尿素的增效作用机理在于它起到了类似脲酶抑制剂的作用,可使尿素水解延缓14d左右,显示出造纸工业木质素作为控释材料开发的前景。Results from pot experiment grown r ice and maize which N -lignin was used as a controlled -release material of urea showed that a little dosage of N -lign in could not only increase biomass in evidence,but also improve nitrogen-utilized efficiency at a large degree.In addition,the treatment enabled to lessen pollution of nitrogen to environment.The mechan ismof the effect of N -lignin to urea may be explained as that N -lignin played as a role of urease i nhibitor,it could delay the urea hyd rolysis in around 14days.In prospect of future,there is a possibility of using lignin from paper making process as controlled releasing material of urea applied on farm field.
