柑桔和土壤中速霸螨的残留分析方法研究

摘　　要：采用同一前处理方法,建立了利用柱层析分离技术对柑桔和土壤样品中的杀螨剂速霸螨(克螨特和霸螨灵)进行分离,用GC和HPLC分别检测样品中克螨特和霸螨灵残留量的检测方法。在添加水平为0.1～5.0mg·kg-1时,回收率在80.5%～106.8%之间,变异系数最大为7.45%。该方法对克螨特和霸螨灵在柑桔和土壤样品的实测最低检知浓度分别为0.027和0.001mg·kg-1。Amethod for determination of superman(a formulation of fenpyroximate and p ropargite)residues in orange and soil by GC and HPLC was reported.The residues o f fenpyroximate and propargite in th e samples were extracted with the solvent acetone.The two ingredients were separated by a n eutral Al 2 O 3 chromatographic column.The results showed that the recoveries of the me thod were80.5%～106.8%,at the fortified levels of 0.1～5.0mg ·kg -1 for the samples.The lowest detectab le limits for fenpyroximate and propargite were 0.001and 0.027mg ·kg -1 ,respectively.
