深圳口岸1999-2001年传染病监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的为口岸传染病监测提供科学依据。方法对深圳口岸1999-2001年出入境人员传染病监测结果进行了整理和分析。结果共检查139 314名出入境人员,检出传染性疾病12 190例(检出率9.43%),其中 HB_SAg 阳性者11 613例,梅毒阳性415例,HIV 抗体阳性13例,肺结核131例。结论通过了解传染病的感染现状,加强出入境人员传染病监测工作,制定有效防治措施,降低发病率,对控制国际间传染病传播非常重要。Objective To provide evidence for infectious disease surveillance at port.Method The results of infectious diseases surveillance in 139 314 persons during 1999-2001 were analyzed.Results Among 129 314 persons,epidernic 12 190 cases of infectious diseases have been found,the detection rate was 9.43%. Conclusion The status of infectious diseases was clarified.It is still important to strengthen infectious disease surveillance,and control the transmission of infectious diseases.
