前房内麻醉与球后麻醉各200例对比分析

摘　　要：目的对比分析、评价前房内麻醉、球后麻醉在内眼手术中的优缺点。方法在本院的住院病人中,随机抽取前房内麻醉、球后麻醉所进行的内眼手术病例各200个,比较、分析两种麻醉的常见并发症(如疼痛、球后出血、暂时无光感等并发症)。结果两种麻醉的常见并发症的发生率有着显著的差异(P<0.05)。结论前房内麻醉比球后麻醉具有明显优点,是内眼手术理想的麻醉方法。Objective To analyze and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of intracameral anes-thetization and retrobulbaral anesthetization in an-terior intraocular surgery.Methods400patients were divided into intracameral anesthetization(200cases)and retrobulbaral anesihetization (200cases)randomly.the occurence rate of complication were compared (e.g.pain,retrobulbar bleeding temporary blindness,etc.)Re sults The occurence rate of complication were decreased in intracameral anes-thetization,they were significant difference between two anesthetization(P<0.05).Conclu sion Intracam-eral anesthetization is superior obviously to retrob-ulbar anesthetization.It's an ideal method in anteri-or intraocular surgery.
