摘 要:目的:探索新型离子选择电极的制备并用于盐酸苯乙双胍药品含量的快速测定。方法:采用玻璃电极作为内参比电极。以苯乙双胍-四苯硼盐作为活性材料制备PVC膜选择电极。利用校准曲线和氮测法比较药品的含量。结果:盐酸苯乙双胍离子选择电极在10^(-6)~10^(-2)mol/L范围内符合能斯特响应,电极的稳定性和重现性很好,样品的含量为100.4%(n=5),RSD=0.7%。结论:可以用玻璃电极作为内参比电极来制作盐酸苯乙双胍选择电极,该电极可以方便快捷地测定盐酸苯乙双胍片的含量。Objective: a new kind of phenformin ion selective electrode was prepared for rapid analysis of phenformin hydrochloride in tablets. Method: PVC membrane phenformin electrode was prepared using phenformin tetraphenylborate as electroactive material, in which glass electrode is used as inner reference. Result: The electrode response range was 10^(-6)-10^(-2) mol·L^(-1) with good stability and reproducibility. The tablets were detected by calibration curve method. The average value compared with labeled contents is 100.4% (n = 5), RSD% = 0.66%. Conclusion: The PVC membrane phenformin electrode with glass electrode inner reference has good property. The electrode could be used to determine phenformin hydrochloride in tablets rapidly.
