摘 要:目的 :研究正常和损伤的前臂骨间膜的MRI表现。方法 :对 2具前臂尸体标本进行回顾性MRI对比观察。结果 :完整的骨间膜在MRI上呈现为从桡骨近端斜向尺骨远端的带状结构 ,在T1和T2 加权像上表现为黑色低信号带 ,在T2 脂肪抑制像上显示最清楚。断裂的骨间膜在MRI上显示出骨间膜的连续性中断 ,表现为波浪状、迂曲、移位的韧带纤维及前臂肌肉向骨间膜膨出。结论 :MRI能清楚显示前臂骨间膜解剖结构 ,能准确诊断前臂骨间膜损伤。Objective:To study normal and injured forearm interosseous membrane manifestions(IOM) on MRI.Materials and Methods:The MRI findings of 2 normal and 2 injured cadaveric IOM were retrospectively reviewed and compared.Results:The MRI appearance of the intact cadaveric IOM was a thick bandlike structure obliquely extending from the radium to the ulna.The ligament was dark on both T 1-and T 2-weighted images and was best identifed on axial fat-suppressed T 2-weighted images.In contrast,MRIs of disrupted IOM showed no intact ligament on any images and include wavy,bowed,and displaced ligament fibers,with muscle bulging through the normal location of the IOM.Conclusion:MRI imaging can clearly demonstrate the structure of the IOM,accurately diagnose the ligament injury.
