摘　　要：抑瘤素作为细胞因子白介素-6(IL-6)超家族中的一员,可作用于多种细胞,在体内外能引起多种生物应答,具有重要的生物学作用。在哺乳动物生殖过程中,抑瘤素在促进原始生殖细胞和胚胎干细胞生长发育、调节睾丸发育和精子发生、抑制子宫内膜细胞的生长、维持妊娠、调节激素的分泌等过程中起重要的作用。Oncostatin M, a member of the cytokine interleukin-6 superfamily, is a multifunctional cytokine that acts on a wide variety of cells and elicits diversified biological responses in vivo and in vitro. It has many biological activities during the mammalian reproduction, including inducing the proliferation of primordial germ cells and embryonic stem cells, regulating the development of testis and spermatogenesis, inhibiting endometrial stromal cell proliferation, maintaining pregnancy and regulating the release of hormone.
