摘  要:经油菜素内酯(BR)浸种后萌发的玉米种苗,进行冷温处理。结果表明,BR处理者电解质渗出率比CK(水)者低,而胚芽鞘的呼吸速率经BR处理后下降速度慢、变幅小。这说明BR对冷温下的膜系统有一定保护作用,同时也缓解了冷温引起的细胞呼吸功能的异常改变。Maize seedlings, germinating and growing from the seeds soaked with BR, were treated by chilling-temperature. The electrolyte efflux ratio(%) of seedlings treated with BR was lower than those treated with water, while the respiratory ratio of coleoptile of seed- lings treated with BR declined more slowly and the amplitude range of which changed smaller than those treated with water. These results suggest that BR may have some protective effects on membrane system at chilling temperature and may relieve the abnormal changes in cell respiratory function induced by chilling temperature as well.
