中药肺康对正常麻醉开胸犬血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察中药肺康对正常麻醉开胸犬血流动力学影响。　方法　将 30只犬分为 5组 ,采用心导管的方法应用八导生理记录仪 ,观察不同处理时间麻醉开胸状态下 ,各组血流动力学、心肌血流量等指标的改变。　结果　中、大剂量肺康使血流动力学各项指标升高 ,血压升高与剂量时间成正相关 ,并不降低心肌血流量。　结论　活血化瘀中药肺康对正常麻醉开胸犬心肌有正性变力效应 ,能够提升体循环压 ,使血液循环处于高动力状态 ,加速血液循环。Objective To observe the effect of a kind of chinese herb-feikang on hemodynamics of normal dogs which were conducted thoracotomy after anaesthesia. Methods 30 dogs were divided into 5 groups,They were conducted thoracotomy after anaestheteia,at the same time their hemodynamic parameters and the cardiac flow etc.were recorded using 8-channel physiological recorder by meanes of canal instrument at different time points,as the observed parameters of the effect of Feikang. Results Mid-dose and high-dose feikang could induce hemodynamic criteria increased and regression analysis showed that the effect of Feikang on the elevation of blood pressure is closely related to the time and dose.However it does not decrease cardiac flow. Conclusion Chinese-herb feikang can contribute to the positive effect on heart and elevate systemic circulation pressure.Moreover it could cause the blood circulation to be in a high hemodynamic state and accelerate blood circulation.
