摘　　要：目的 探索和评价经导管堵闭术在先天性心脏病治疗中的价值。方法 用Amplatzer堵闭器对12例光天性心脏病患者在局麻或全麻下经导管进行堵闭术,其中室间隔缺损6例,房间隔缺损4例,动脉导管未闭2例。结果 12例患者堵闭1次成功,心脏杂音消失,术后6～12 h下床活动,4～6d痊愈出院。结论 用Amplatzer堵闭器经导管堵闭部分先天性心脏病,创伤小、操作简便、效果好,是一种值得推广的方法。Objective To explore and evaluate the value of transcatheter closure procedure in con- genital heart diseases. Methods Transcatheter closure was performed in 12 patients with congenital heart diseases including 6 ventricular spetal defect (VSD), 4 atrial septal defect (ASD), 2 patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), by the Amplaztzer occlusion device under local or general anesthesia. Results The procedure was successful in all patients outcoming with the disappearance of cardiac murmur. All of them could get out of the bed within 6 to 12 hours postoperatively, and were discharged from hospital after 4 to 6 days.Conclusions Transcatheter treatment of congenital cardiac defects by Amplatzer occlusion device is less traumatic, with good effect, simul taneously.
