花背蟾蜍耳后腺分泌物中化学成分的研究

摘　　要：作者对花背蟾蜍耳后腺分泌物的药效研究结果表明,其强心、升压等作用主要来自其氯仿提取物,作者应用中、低压液相色谱法,首次对花背蟾蜍分泌物的化学成分行进了分离,经UV,IR,~1H-NMR,MS鉴定确定了其中5种成分。分别为胆甾醇(Cholesterol),南美蟾毒精(Marinobufagin),日蟾毒它灵(Gamabufotalin),远华蟾毒精(Telocinobufagin),阿根廷蟾毒精(Arenobufagin). 另外,花背蟾蜍耳后腺分泌物有特臭,作者用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取,GC-MS鉴定,对其挥发性成分进行了研究。Through pharmacological studies, it is known that chloroform extracts of dried secretion of Bufo raddei Strauch are chiefly responsible for its eff ects of heart strengthening and blood pressure raising, etc. By separating the Chloroform extracts through middle-pressure chromatography, five compounds are obtained: Cholesterol, Marinobufagin, Gamabufotalin, Telocinobufagin and Arenobufagin. By means of GC-MS and a computer, it's been revealed that the voltile substance of secretion of Bufo raddei Strauch consists of mainly Nonanic acid, Decanic acid, Dienoic acid and certain Alkanes.
