摘　　要：综述了柱切换HPLC技术及其与在线透析、在线衍生化等联合应用于体内药物分析 ,以及在在线去蛋白、全血直接进样、在线浓缩净化等方面的应用情况。由于该技术最显著的特点是在线分离 ,增强了色谱的选择性 ,使之成为药物分析的强有力的工具 。Column-switching high-performance liquid chromatography and its coupled techniques with on-line dialysis,on-line derivatization, etc., applied to biopharmaceutical analysis,including on-line elimination of protein,direct injection of whole blood samples,on-line concentration and clean-up were reviewed. Because its most remarkable characteristicis on-line separation enhance the selectivity of chromatography,it becomes one of powerful means applied to biopharmaceutical analysis.
