摘　　要：人绒毛膜促性腺激素有多种形式 ,来自于合成和降解的人绒毛膜促性腺激素亚基。除了妊娠外 ,在不同的生理、病理过程中其形式、含量和分布各有不同。HCG has many forms and it can come from its synthesized and degraded subunits. Besides pregnancy, in different physiological and pathological processes, the from, content and distribution of HCG vary. It is very important to understand potential sources of HCG in and out of pregnancy for correct diagnosis of many obstetric and gynecological diseases.
