摘　　要：妊娠高血压综合征 (妊高征 )是妊娠期妇女特有的疾病 ,其病因及发病机理一直是产科重要课题。免疫异常在妊高征发病中起着重要作用 ,妊高征时免疫损伤所致大量细胞因子的释放 ,可引起血管内皮细胞活化、功能障碍及结构受损 ,最终引发妊高征。Pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH) is an unique disease of pregnant women, and it's etiology and pathogenesis are both the major obstetric subjects. Dysimmunity plays an important role in the pathogenesis of PIH. The release of a large amount of cytokines in PIH can result in the activation and dysfunction and structural damage of endothelial cell, finally causing PIH. In this article, we summarized the alteration in cytokines and their correlations with PIH.
