摘  要:目的:探讨排钱草总生物碱对肝纤维化大鼠肝组织Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原mRNA表达的影响。方法:采用逆转录定量PCR方法测定不同剂量排钱草总生物碱对大鼠肝组织Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原mRNA的相对表达值。结果:高、中剂量组大鼠肝组织Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原mRNA表达显著低于模型组,P<0.05。与正常对照组相比差异无显著性意义。结论:排钱草总生物碱能显著降低猪血清所致免疫性肝纤维化大鼠肝脏Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原mRNA的表达。Objective: To observe the effects of Desmodium pulchellum (L. ) Benth total alkaoids on Col-I and Col-Ⅲ mRNA expression of hepatic fibrosis in rats. Methods: The expression of rats' hepatic tissue collagen type I and Ⅲ mRNA was determined by rever-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) in different doses of Desmodium pulchellum (L. ) Benth total alkaloids. Results: Collagen type I and Ⅲ mRNA levels of the group with large and medium-quantity doses were significantly lower than that of the model group, P<0.05, but it had no significant difference from control group. Conclusion: Desmodium pulchellum (L.) Benth total alkaoids can decrease Col-I and Col-Ⅲ mRNA expression of immunity hepatic fibrosis by pig serum.
