解毒护肝冲剂联合干扰素α-1b治疗慢性丙型肝炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨解毒护肝冲剂联合干扰素治疗慢性丙型肝炎的疗效。方法:将慢性丙型肝炎患者45例,按2:1随机分为两组,分别用解毒护肝冲剂联合干扰素α-1b与单用干扰素α-1b进行治疗,疗程3个月。结果:解毒护肝冲剂联合干扰素α-1b组治疗结束时有效率为86.66％,抗-HCV阴转率为66.67％,其降低ALT、TBil,提高白蛋白等均优于单用干扰素α-1b组(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论:解毒护肝冲剂联合干扰素α-1b治疗慢性丙型肝炎具有良好的疗效。Objective: To compare the efficacy of Jiedu Hugan granule combined with Interferon alpha-1b (IFN-α 1b) to that of IFN-αlb alone in chronic hepatitis C. Methods: 45 patients were divided into two groups randomly. In the first group, 30 patients received Jiedu granule combined with IFNa-lb. In the second group, 15 patients received IFNα-1b alone. Patients were treated for 3 months. Results: At the end of treatment, 26/30 (86.66%) from responded and 20/33 (66.67%) from the Jiedu Hugan granule group were negative anti-HCV serum. Combination treatment showed significantly efficacy than monotherapy in decreasing serum ALT, TBil and elevating the serum Albumin (P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion: Our results indicate that the combination of Jiedu Hugan granule with IFNα-1b is significantly more effective than IFNα-1b alone in the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis C.
