摘　　要：目的 :探讨中耳乳突手术中面瘫发生的原因及预防 ,并评价面神经修复的疗效。方法 :回顾分析 4例手术致面瘫患者行面神经修复术的临床资料。结果 :随访 1年 ,3例治愈 ,1例好转。结论 :熟悉面神经的解剖 ,操作精细规范可有效地防止面瘫的发生 。Objective: To investigate the causes and prevention of facial paralysis in tympanomastoid operation, and to assess the treatment outcome of facial nerve repairings. Method: 4 cases with facial paralysis were analysed. Result: Followed up for one year, three cases were cured, one case was recovered partly. Conclusion: Knowing facial nerve's location very well and having skilled technic, the operator can prevent facial paralysis. Once facial paralysis happening, facial nerve decompression and repairings should be operated immediately.
