摘 要:目的 研究大鼠垂体大体、光镜、超微结构下的特点 ,为神经内分泌学研究奠定基础。方法 使用灌注固定、光镜切片计数分析、选择性取材切片的透射电子显微镜技术。结果 大鼠垂体的位置及大体形态与人类迥异 ;光镜计数嗜酸、嗜碱、嫌色细胞各部位的比例不同 ;超微结构表明腺垂体靠近硬膜侧以促甲状腺激素细胞、促肾上腺素细胞多见 ,围绕神经垂体两侧以生长激素细胞为主 ,中间主要是促泌乳素细胞、促生长激素细胞 ,腺垂体的血液供应外侧明显少于内侧。结论 大鼠垂体具有鲜明的自身特点 ,对其形态学的细致研究将与之相关的科研工作打下坚实的基础。Objective To study the anatomic characteristics of rat hypophysis. Methods Morphology and cell distribution were observed and measured under gross anatomy,lightscope and electromicroscope respectively. Results The location and shape of rat hypophysis were very distinct from human beings'. Thyrotrophic cells and adrenocorticotropic cells mainly located in the regions near the anterior and posterior dura mater. Somatotrophic cells were much more in the regions arrounding posterior pituitary,especially near the vessels. In the middle region between dura mater and posterior pituitary,there were mainly somatotrophic cells and lactotrophic cells. Gonadotrophic cells were mainly in the lateral sides. Blood supply for the lateral sides of adenohypophysis was much less than for the internal ones. Conclusion Hypophysis of rat has its own apparent characteristics,and it is essential for the research related to rat hypophysis.
