摘 要:目的 探讨人工肝在治疗各型重型肝炎患者中的临床疗效。方法 本文应用日本kurany生产的KM8800型血浆交换仪进行血浆置换治疗各型重型肝炎17例31次,以血清总胆红素(TBIL)、转氨酶(ALT)、血小板(PLT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)为主要指标,观察应用人工肝治疗后变化。结果 应用人工肝治疗重型肝炎前后TBIL、PT均有明显差异(P<0.001,P<0.005),ALT、PLT无明显变化。结论 重型肝炎患者应用人工肝治疗后能使相应生化指标好转,为肝细胞修复再生争取时间,是一种有价值的支持疗法。Objective TO evaluate the efficacy of artifical liver on patients with severe hepatitis patients.Methods seventeen severe hepatitis patients were treated with KM8800 plasma exchange system for 31 times. The serum total bilirubin (TBIL), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), platelet (PLT) and prothrombin time (FT) were meosured before and after the treatment. Results There were significant differences of TBil(P < 0.001) and PT(P < 0.005) levels between before and after treatment. There were no significant difference of ALT and PLT. Conclusion Artificial liver treatment can improve the biochemistry indexes of patients suffering from severe hepatitis and is berefit for the regeneration of liver cells. It is a valuable supporting treatment for svere hepatitis.
