奎硫平对肝功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨奎硫平对肝功能的影响。方法 :单用奎硫平、氯氮平、奋乃静的住院精神分裂症患者在接受治疗前查肝功能 1次 ,治疗后每 3～ 4周复查肝功能 1次 ,观察 8～ 12周。结果 :38例服奎硫平的患者仅有 3例肝功能异常 ,异常率为 7 9%。 5 1例服氯氮平的患者有 14例肝功能异常 ,异常率为 2 7 5 % ,5 1例服奋乃静的患者有 5例肝功能异常 ,异常率为 9 8%。肝功能异常奎硫平组显著低于氯氮平组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但与奋乃静组差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :奎硫平肝功能的异常率较氯氮平为低 ,与奋乃静相似。Objective:To explore the effect of quetiapine on liver function.Methods:The liver function in the inpatients with schizophrenia by treated only quetiapine,clozapine and perphenazine were examined once before treatment,their liver functions were reexamined once every three to four weeks after treatment and were observed eight to twelve weeks.Result:Among 38 patients taken quetiapine,only 3 patients liver functions were abnormality,the abnormal rate was 7.9%.Among 51 patients taken clozapine,14 patients liver functions were abnormality,the abnormal rate was 27.5%,among 51 patients taken perphenazine,5 patients liver functions were abnormality,the abnormal rate was 9.8%.The abnormality of liver function was lower remarkably in the quetiapine group than the clozapine one (P <0.05),but there was no remarkable difference as compared with the perphenazine group (P >0.05).Conclusion:The abnormal rate of liver function in the quetiapine group is lower than the clozapine one,but it is similar to the perphenazine group.
